Terms & Conditions of Service:

1. This agreement is between Relax Web Productions, LLC., ("Relax Web"), acting in it's capacity as Site Manager for NuIndi.com; and Customer, to provide NuIndi.com Services on the Customer's Behalf.
   
   
2. Customer assumes full responsibility for all content or information provided for use in our NuIndi.com Services. Relax Web reserves the right to reject, without notice, any order which, in its sole opinion, may result in a violation of applicable Federal, State, Common, or International laws or regulations. This agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Missouri. The forum for any disputes under this agreement shall be St. Louis County, Missouri.
   
   
3. Relax Web and Customer, may cancel this agreement at will at any time with written notice. In the event of a scheduling conflict, or other unforseeable circumstances that prevents completion of NuIndi.com services, fees shall be refunded upon written request of Customer. Customer also agrees that all refunds are less all transaction and processing fees assigned by PayPal. Customer agrees that all refunds will be processed by written request only. Customer agrees that all refund requests must be sent in writing, registered and return receipt requested, through regular mail to Relax Web, 11205 Monte Carlo, St. Louis, Missouri, 63126.
   
   
4. Customer acknowledges that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Client's continued use of Relax Web, or NuIndi.com, constitutes customer acceptance of these and any and all modified terms. All terms and conditions for the use of any and all services provided by NuIndi.com are available for viewing at http://www.NuIndi.com/terms.html and customers are encouraged to print a copy of these terms at time of ordering.
   
   
5. NuIndi.com provides Promotional Services in the nature of Compilation CDs and Radio Promotion campaigns for Music Artists.
   
   
6. NuIndi.com is in no way soliciting any investment or making any offer of a recording contract. NuIndi.com is merely acting as a Promotional Agent. Artists will need to provide a mechanical waiver for any samples you may be using. Each of our Compilations are for promotional use only, and we do not collect or receive any royalties.
   
   
7. RELAX WEB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE ANY CLIENT THAT PERSONALLY, VERBALLY or PHYSICALLY ASSAULTS ANY RELAX WEB EMPLOYEE, OFFICER or OWNER. ANY AND ALL RELAX WEB SERVICES SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. ANY FEES PAID FOR SAID SERVICES SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO ANY REFUND.
