Submission Process: Relax Music Group has partnered with Music Xray to handle all submissions for our Compilation CD projects. We will only review artists that submit their music through Music Xray. One of our staff members will listen to Your Music and review your posted materials. IF we, in our sole discretion, feel that your music would be a suitable fit for one of our Compilation CD's, we will contact you through Music Xray. If your music is selected, you will receive basic information on how to be included on one of our CDs. It will be entirely your choice as to whether you want to have Your Music included on a Nationally Distributed and Promoted CD. We offer you US Radio Airplay with Personal and Professional Promotion Services provided by our Promotion Staff. You will also receive Worldwide Exposure to more than 2200+ Programmers and DJs through RMGDigital.NET. There is a FEE to be included on one of our Compilation CDs, (see Pricing below). At the same time, there is a huge BENEFIT to being included as well. We promote the hell out of our CDs and get Airplay for the Artists and Songs we put on them! Manufacturing: Each CD release is it's own unique product that is created, packaged and distributed FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY. Our CDs feature between 8 to 12 artists, and each artist may purchase up to 2 tracks per CD. Maximum length for each song is 4 minutes. CD packaging will include Artist Name, Location, Track Name(s) and Length, Web and E-Mail address. All songs included on our Compilations must meet FCC Standards for Broadcast Airplay. If you are selected to be included you must provide Radio Edits for your music that excludes any Objectionable Material. Turnaround for each of our projects is 4 to 6 weeks. Once we receive the CDs from the pressing plant, we package and ship them to the industry. We then turn the project over to our team of promoters to generate airplay and exposure with hundreds of stations across North America. Promotion: More than 300 CMJ Reporting Hip-Hop Stations and Specialty shows are serviced with the CD. We then follow up with a 4 week Direct Promotion Campaign that tracks project airplay and response. Our Promotion Staff calls and promotes directly to the Top 300 CMJ Reporting Stations, making sure that each station gives your music a fair review and pushes for as much airplay as possible. All artists included on each CD will receive project tracking reports and a summary at the end of the campaign. More than 200 Music editors and bloggers, as well as select personal Industry Contacts are also sent a copy. Hundreds of Industry Outlets will receive your music, basically putting your act on the map within the Music Industry! Take advantage of additional savings by bundling with a Digital Promotion Campaign. More than 1500 Registered Programmers and DJs can access up to 3 additional songs through RMGDigital.NET. We then extend your promotion campaign an additional 4 weeks, giving you a total of 8 weeks of Radio Promotion at an extremely low price. Plus we'll provide you with a Custom Tracking Report telling you precisely who likes your music at Radio, and show you regional hot spots where you can pursue booking opportunities to get gigs. Agreements: If you are selected and choose to participate, we will provide you with a written agreement with us that spells everything out. You will also need to provide a mechanical waiver for any samples you may be using. Each of our Compilations are For Promotional Use Only, and we do not collect or receive any royalties. We are not, (at this time) offering any recording contracts or soliciting investments.
